Could you describe your role and what you do for RHINO and its customers?
Here at RHINO, I’m one of the Senior Sales Representatives. It’s my job to help our customers figure out their building needs and assure they are satisfied with their investment.
What was your path to this role?
After college, I worked for a Multidimensional company that ran two different divisions (Productions Unlimited Inc, and Texas Environmental Management) for almost 10 years. During that time I was the Purchasing and Assets Control Manager, overseeing shipping and all material goods.
I was able to join the RHINO team as our first Woman Sales rep in April of 2019. I’ve been familiar with the company and close to its employees since about the year 2000.
What kinds of challenges do you help customers overcome?
Some of the main challenges people face are how well they need to insulate their metal buildings, or the overall layout/design of the building that works best for them.
What is your favorite part about your job?
I enjoy taking the design the customer has in their head and putting it to paper, making that dream come to fruition.
I’m also passionate about helping customers find out what truly works best for them set-up wise, and educating them about the benefits of metal buildings. I’ve been around the steel industry the majority of my life, and love seeing the finished product and happy customers!
