What is the R-value? R-value indicates how much heat can flow through something. Insulation with a higher R-value has more resistance to heat transference, making it more effective.
The traditional insulation option for steel buildings is fiberglass insulation. Fiberglass insulation is 3” to 8” thick and has R-value ratings of R-10 to R-30. RHINO offers fiberglass insulation with a reinforced backing, which means you don’t need chicken wire support. It’s a great option — but nothing beats our Pro-Value Insulation for steel buildings.
The Pro-Value Insulation Package provides R-value ratings of R-19 to R-30 for walls and R-20 to R-49 for roof systems. This increased R-value means big savings for you.
